St. Petersburg
St. Petersburg is in Pinellas County on this note because that is the ordinary county for the city name, not because a surveyor checked the lot. The rows below are the ones on the Florida Dreams weekly file. OpsWatch has not cleared them. A candidate page match, where one was fetched elsewhere, is not confirmation the home is available.

Five of the twenty Dreams rows are in St. Petersburg, which is a lot of the compact file. The sizes that are filled in run from 384 square feet at 4th Street North number 605, filed at $1,000, up to 672 square feet at 46th Avenue North number 150, filed at $3,900. 66th Street North number 322 is $4,900 with the size left blank and one bedroom, so it stays on Dreams because of the bedroom test, not because we invented a square footage. Three rows do not name a seller. Select Mobile Home Sales appears on two different streets, once with Andrew Karl and once with Thomas Morrow. Same company name is not proof of one park.
A $1,000 sticker in Pinellas is exactly the Dreams problem. The lot rent is not on the card. If the home is on a rented lot, the rent will matter more than the sticker very quickly. Ask before you treat the price as the cost of living there.
Send a lead
Send the details below through the same lead relay used on our other sites. It goes to the business inbox until a DC-approved broker is in place. No broker has that label yet. A relay reply is not proof the inbox received it, and it does not schedule a callback or record a call.
Call Now uses the same line as our other sites. This page does not promise a recording, a return call, or a broker assignment.
